Addy's Closet ships orders Monday through Friday (and even Saturday if needed!) via United States Postal Service (USPS), and we ship worldwide using the following methods:
- Domestic – First Class and Priority Mail (based on weight, destination and availability). Please email us if you need us to send your shipment via USPS Express Mail, as it is available at an additional charge
- International – First Class International, Priority Mail International, and Express Mail International (based on purchase amount and/or weight, destination and availability)
Shipments typically include delivery confirmation for tracking purposes and proof of delivery.
Insurance is not included in our shipping fees. If you would like insurance added to your shipment, please notify us via email immediately after placing your order. Note: We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Most orders for in-stock merchandise are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed. Please note that international orders may take longer to process. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to verify payment and/or shipment information.
For orders shipped within the US, please allow 4-7 business days for receipt of your order after the date you placed the order. For orders shipped outside of the US, please allow at least 1-3 weeks for receipt of your order after the date you placed the order (depending on how your order was shipped).
Free shipping offers are not valid on international orders. Customers who place orders that are being shipped outside the US will receive an email and invoice for international shipping fees.
Customs/Duties fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot accept orders refused due to non-payment of customs/duty fees.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable if an item is returned or exchanged. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping and handling fees subtracted from your purchase credit.
